1. Returns (Within 15 Days)
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

2. Product Warranty (6 Months)
All be.SHinE products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect within 6 months of purchase, log in to your account, go to the order, and click "Request Return." Select "Warranty Claim" as the reason and describe the defect. Our team will review and approve eligible claims. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

3. Re-Plating Service
We offer lifetime re-plating on all our jewellery.
Within 6 months of purchase: Re-plating is completely FREE of cost.
After 6 months of purchase: A nominal charge of Rs. 299/- per piece will be applicable for re-plating.
To request re-plating, log in to your account, go to the order, and click "Request Return." Select "Re-Plating Request" as the reason.

4. Lifetime Exchange
We offer lifetime exchange on all our products. You can exchange your product at any time. Upon exchange, you will receive a store credit worth 10% to 25% of the original purchase value of the item (the exact p)o us: The customeruct to our brand location.
Returnong>How to Submit a Request
Log in to your account at account.beshine.in. Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return." Choose the appropriate reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
