Our Warranty

Every piece is backed by our six-month promise. Here's what that means for you.

01 What warranty does be.SHinE offer?

Every be.SHinE piece comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, all re-plating and repairs due to manufacturing defects are provided completely free of cost — including return shipping.

If something isn't right within your first six months, simply reach out via WhatsApp or email. Our team will assess and resolve it promptly.

02 What exactly is covered under warranty?

03 How do I raise a warranty claim?

Our team will review and confirm eligibility — usually within 48 hours.

Ship the piece with your original invoice to our studio via a trackable courier.

Once received and inspected, we will repair or offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Lifetime Re-plating

A timeless promise — your piece will shine as brilliantly tomorrow as it did the day it was unboxed.

01 What is be.SHinE's Lifetime Re-plating Service?

Great jewellery deserves to last a lifetime — and with be.SHinE, it can. No matter when you purchased your piece, you can send it back to our atelier for professional re-plating, restored to its original finish.

No expiry. No conditions. This service is available for every be.SHinE piece, for as long as you own it.

02 Is re-plating free or paid?

Within your 6-month warranty period, all re-plating is completely free — no charges whatsoever. After the warranty period, lifetime re-plating remains available at a nominal service charge.

₹299 / piece

Important: To be eligible for re-plating, the piece must have all stones intact. Pieces with missing or loose stones cannot be re-plated, as the process requires the jewellery to be in complete condition.

Service charges are subject to revision at be.SHinE's discretion.

03 How long does re-plating take?

Re-plating takes up to 25 working days from the date we receive your piece. Once dispatched, we'll share tracking details immediately.

Courier charges to our studio are borne by the customer. Return shipping is covered by be.SHinE.

04 How do I send my piece for re-plating?

Lifetime Exchange

Because your taste should evolve, and so should your collection.

01 What is be.SHinE's Lifetime Exchange policy?

Your jewellery should grow with you. Through our Lifetime Exchange service, you can trade in your old be.SHinE piece at any point in time and receive store credit towards a new piece from our current collection — at the discretion of the brand.

There's no expiry, no time limit. As long as you own the piece, you can exchange it.

02 What exchange value will I receive?

Your exchange value depends on when you choose to exchange:

Within First 6 Months
25% of Invoice
After 6 Months — For Life
15% of Invoice

The exchange value is issued as store credit after physical inspection and can be used towards any piece from the current be.SHinE collection.

Exchange values are subject to revision at be.SHinE's discretion.

04 How does the exchange process work?

Our team physically inspects the piece against eligibility conditions.

Once verified, store credit is issued to your account based on the applicable exchange value.

05 Can I get a cash refund instead of store credit?

No. Lifetime Exchange is strictly an exchange-only service. The exchange value is issued exclusively as store credit after inspection, and can only be redeemed against a new piece from the current be.SHinE collection.

No cash refunds are provided under this service, under any circumstances.

01 How do I make my be.SHinE jewellery last longer?

Treat your jewellery like it was made for a lifetime — because it was. These four simple rituals will keep every piece radiant:

Apply jewellery last

Wear after perfume, lotion, and hairspray have fully set into the skin.

Avoid water contact

Remove before showering, swimming, or any prolonged water exposure.

Store with care

Keep in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not being worn.

Clean gently

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after each wear to preserve the shine.
